Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy

At Articity, all products are digital downloads. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered. This is because digital files cannot be "returned" once accessed.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on digital products. Please review product descriptions, previews, and images carefully before completing your purchase.

No Returns

As our products are digital downloads, returns are not applicable.

Exceptions

We will consider a resolution in the following exceptional circumstances:

File not received: If you did not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment, contact us immediately.
Corrupted or incomplete file: If the file you received is corrupted or incomplete, we will resend the correct file at no additional charge.
Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 24 hours and we will review your case.

In any of the above cases, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
